Hello everyone! It is that time of year again where we are pleased to announce the 7th Edition of the Global Azure Bootcamp! The event is happening on April 27st, 2019 in many locations around the world. Are you ready?
The Philadelphia event will be a jam packed day of learning and fantastic speakers all from your local Microsoft MVP community!
If you are using, considering the use of or just plain interested in Microsoft Azure and want to learn more about all the of the great new things you can do – then this is the event for you! This year we are offering a multi-track event with both in-person learning and live streaming of the primary presentations and will also have interviews, updates and news in between each session.
In an effort to provide the most relevant content and create the best experience, we have put together a survey list so we can find out what the most sought after topics are. If you could please take a minute to fill out the below survey, it will help us to line up the best sessions and best speakers!
One we have completed the information gathering, we will solidify the schedule and update with an agenda so you can register for each one! In the mean time, please see the below FAQ and feel free to email us with any questions you may have!
What is the refund policy?
You can log on to the Eventbrite site and transfer your ticket to someone else, but we will not be issuing refunds. The fee is a nominal amount to help with costs and planning. If you can’t attend, feel good knowing you supported the local tech community.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
We welcome anyone interested in learning about Azure to the event. Please make sure you register, as we do need your name on the list prior to the event. We will not be accepting registrations at the door.
What can I bring to the event?
We only require your interest and probably some device (electronic or paper) to take notes! Due to the high number of attendees, we will not be doing any hands labs, just lots and lots of demos!
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Directions from many different locations can be found at this site. Parking is free outside of the building and there is plenty of parking!
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or comments. We can be reached here.
I have special dietary requirements. Can you accommodate me?
We will be providing coffee and beverages for the breaks and lunch, and the lunch provided will be a Dominos pizza lunch. As this is a community driven event with a minimal budget, we unfortunately can’t manage special dietary requirements. There are lots of options in the area and with a 45 minute lunch break you have time to get there and back.
